Need Help with Stomach Fat and Nutrition!

Im looking to get pretty ripped. The only problem I have in doing so is my stomach!! It doesnt help that I have a major lack of sleep due to working three jobs… the full-time job being over night. Since im up and running around I snack alot which is the main thing I need to stop. I want to know the best way to losing stomach fat and to work out my abs. Any help with nutrition and working out on this matter would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Start with doing everything you know you should be doing.

Cut out the empty calories (junk food), don’t over eat, and train regularly.

Most people already know much of what they need to do, they just are not willing to do it consistently.

Once you’ve incorporated these things, post your diet and training of you want more specific feedback.

By the way, stomach fat isn’t different than fat anywhere else on your body. There’s no secret to losing it. You just need to decrease your overall body fat.

Stop snacking on things all night? Or at least replace the snacks with healthy food.

By stomach fat I meant that everything else on my body is where I want it to start building muscle. It’s just my stomach that I want to lose a bit of. Sorry for not explaining more clearly. Thanks

We got it, but you cannot drop your stomach without losing overall bodyfat. Start incorporating core exercises, such as planks, and start a cardio regimen. This will help, and you have to eat healthy, as this was and still is my main problem. Whether it is a lack of monetary funds or laziness on my part, I fight it everyday. Back to the stomach fat though, you can’t spot reduce it.

you cant lose fat on just your stomach and bulk up other places, unless your a complete newb to lifting then if you eat good and train hard you can usually lose fat and gain some muscle, but after a while you wont be able to do both so you 'll have to pick one bulk or cut, people will tell you to bulk then cut but id be more inclined to tell you to do what makes you happy as in losing the body fat might make you happy then do that, when your down to where you wanna be then bulk up.

happy lifting
