Need Help with Pre-WO Nutrition


I'm currently trying to bulk, but I'm having some problems with what I eat before working out.
I workout early in the morning, as in I wake up at 6:20 and I'm at my gym by 6:40. The problem is lately I've been feeling sick after working out, probably because I eat too little.

All I eat before going to the gym is a cup of Oikos greek yogurt. But I don't like eating too much before working out, for example, a bowl of oatmeal and 3 eggs is too much for me in the morning.
Any suggestions?

But, yes, something in a liquid form is going to go far in aiding your workouts and how you feel after.



Also you can try FINiBARs. They never slow me down during a workout. 1 will get me through an hour and a half. Any longer, and you'll need 1-1/2 or 2 bars.
