Need Help with New Diet

okay i’ve just recently stopped playing college baseball. Im about 6’ 200lbs pretty well built about 14% body fat, but im training for a competition around march and really wanna trim down and get that saran wrap look on my skin. I have a good lifting program but ive always just bulked up for baseball and now i wanna get big and super cut.

So how many calories and how much protein should i take in etc…

Come on, dude. There are hundreds of articles on nutrition on this site. Try reading some.

By the way (not being a dick), someone who has no clue how to design a diet (let alone a contest prep diet and training regimen) is in no position to compete in four months from now.
