I got some big issues with my hormones. I have been natty all my life, later year I did 3 competitions with two different "seasons" with 10 months of deficit in calories. Now when try to recover 5 months later im still having problems with my hormones. Im holding like 3 lbs of water from the morning to the middle on the day, I got big notches at the foot ankles from my socks and worst of all, my energy sucks as so is my libido.
Am I gonna need a fucking Testosterone Replacement or wtf is this happening? I even heard competing naturally is more dangerous then go on substance since u fuck up your hormones.
