Need Help to Lay Out My Contest Prep

Hey!

New guy here, im actualy from sweden so be kind about the terrible English!
So im looking for help. Actualy wanting a helping hand to lay out my contest prep.
In My opinion There arent that many educated good “prep coaches” in sweden!
Any advise is helpful.

There are tons of knowledgable online coaches, no ones just gonna give you all that info for free.

I am well aware that nothing is for free!
Im just asking for help to where i should look for a good online Coach.
