I had c5-c6 fusion 05/18/06 & shoulder surgery (no Tears) 11/24/06. MY therapist told me that my rhomboids muscles were weakened by my neck injury
Rehab was long, but went well finally starting to feel normal again.
I’ve been rehabing my scapula & shoulder, finally over the hump with instability & pain. My PT gave me the go for returning to the gym. He outlined a routine with external & internal rotation, push ups & rows.
I’ve been taking Glutamine, Flameout & ZMA. I Just started taking Carbolin 19, BCAA and Surge. MY routine has been boxing twice a week & shoulder and scapula exercises twice a week & cardio.
I wanted to know if any one had a good push/pull routine to start?
