I've been trying to lose fat for a while now and have failed to see significant results. I have always been looking for a diet specific for weight loss but all I have been able to find is "eat veggies and lean meats," as I'm sure you've all seen before. I was wondering if anyone had a day by day outline of what substances to eat.
Personally I do physical activity 7 days a week usually lifting 3-4 times a week. Does anyone have a site or suggestion for an efficient fat loss diet?
