I’ve been trying to lose fat for a while now and have failed to see significant results. I have always been looking for a diet specific for weight loss but all I have been able to find is “eat veggies and lean meats,” as I’m sure you’ve all seen before. I was wondering if anyone had a day by day outline of what substances to eat.
Personally I do physical activity 7 days a week usually lifting 3-4 times a week. Does anyone have a site or suggestion for an efficient fat loss diet?

you could try the anabolic diet or carb cycling. i didnt do the anabolic diet for too long because my lifting sessions were suffering because i just need my carbs, but that was the leanest i had been in a long time.

Thanks for the suggestions. To be honest I’m looking for something that isn’t so supplement based (mainly because I don’t have the money to spend on supplements).
