Need Help in Placing my Squats

Hi i’ve been oly lifting for 1 year now and right now i really get frustrated in my squats(back and front) i don’t know how to make them stronger we record out lifts every week so i tried squatting everyday but when it is recording day i can’t clean and jerk my max i take whey protein for recovery give me ideas or when do i squat

for example
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday:rest
Wednesday:Front Squat
Thursday:Rest
Friday:Back squat
Saturday:rest
Sunday:rest

is this all right?
3 months are remaining for the competition for the selection of the national team
