Hi everyone. I am very very new to lifting, specifically because I have degenerative disc disease and was always extremely intimidated to hurt my back more. That being said, I've recently come in contact with other individuals who have the same issues but have been able to work around it and actually increase the muscles in the back to help stabilize the spine. I am looking for a personal trainer that can help me with this in Asheville, NC.Can anyone recommend someone? Thank you!!
