Okay im 16 and have been training for roguhly 6 months and im quite strong for only weighing 75 kg which is rougly like 165 lb. I’m interested in gaining mass as im still quite skinny and was wondering if there was any programmes which could be good for me. I found - 10 Secrets to Building Mass, now what i dont understand is how often do i do this? Do i do it 3 days a week 6 days a week? every other day? Any help would be appreciated!
3 days a week conventionally. Every other day would be fine, if your schedule permits.

Okay I’m a little confused about the frequency of this workout. I was wondering about this workout : 10 Secrets to Building Mass How many times a week should I be doing this A/B/C timetable? Once a week or twice a week I’m very confused any help would be appreciated

Thats a nice beginner template. I persinally give push pull leg splits to majority, but a full body is my second go to in specific cases.
It is important to remember nutrition. You won’t gain if you have nothing to put on. Your strength will definitly go up, but without a caloric surplus, you won’t gain like you should be.
