Need Help Diagnosing Shoulder Pain

My right shoulder was hurting about 2 weeks ago so I dropped all chest and shoulder work for a week and upped my upper back work. I can move it around without pain but when I lower it from the front I can feel some sort of cracking and popping at the front of the shoulder and there is a bulge an inflamed tendon maybe? I was thinking either bicep tendinitis or an shoulder impingement. I am going to get it checked out by a doctor but in the meanwhile is there some stretches or exercises I should be doing? I did flat and incline db bench this week and bicep work Dosent hurt either. But low bar and high bar squatting is really
