I’ve been reading how olympic lifts are probably the best exercises to thicken your back, let alone your whole body. I’m trying to read on how to perform CnJ so do you guys have any tips, articles or know of any good videos out there so that I can become good at this lift. Thanks

They have some great stuff in them regarding the Olympic lifts. Also, Christian Thibaudeau has a couple of articles about the different lifts (ie power snatch, deadlifts, etc) that have some great workout routines in them.
I believe one of his articles is titled “Build a 3-D Upper Back and Traps”. This article is great and the routine is very demanding. Followed up with some rows and shrugs, it can’t get any better than this.
