I have noticed that there are BCAAs in Surge and a few other muscle gainer shakes. If they are here then do I need the supplement? I have em and figured mnaybe just on off training days so I don’t get too much in my system.
sure. But most people take them 5 times a day, from 3g upwards. I am sure that 10g before or after a workout is beneficial but not as good as spreading it out over the course of the day.
T-Man, read the link I am posting. After reading it you will have a much better understanding of BCAA’s and should be able to determine why adding them is beneficial. I use a minimum of fifteen a day to a maximum on lifting days of about twenty five.
