I have a friend and she is 29 mother of two and she wants to lose some weight and start exercising at a gym and she was asking me questions about what type of routine she should do, she don’t want to gain muscle just lose weight and tone up and i searched and searched and could nit find any routines so i would appreciate if some one could help me ot or post a link to some that i am sure are already on here. thanks for any help you can give.

I started her on the sexy female training by Waterbury and she said she was sore but loved it, said she had been that sore since her first day of ball practice in highschool, thanks for the help
