Hey I was wondering if I should go on a bulk. I’m currently weighing in at 137 lbs and my height being 5’10.
And then bulk again.
What’s the alternative? Seriously.
I would say you need to eat 3-4 times per day.
Each meal having half a plate of vegetables, quarter of the plate meat/eggs, quarter of the plate a carb source plus 1-2 tbspn of fat.
I call this sensible eating rather than a bulk.
