Need advice on training routine

Hey guyz - I’m starting to train again after a 4 year absence due to a car accident. What I need is a routine to get going with. I had previously trained for seven years before the accident. I need a routine that will get me into shape rather quickly without hurting myself. I’m currently 41 yrs old., 5’-8", 155 lbs and have 14% bf. Any advice is greatly appreciated…thanks
