Moderate to intense pain at the right backside of the neck.
At first the pain was triggered only by sqaut, but today I was surprised to learn that pulldown now also triggers it, as I thought that it was caused by direct pressure on the neck. My chiropractor says that it might be because of tightness in my upper back, but IÂ´ve recieved 2 treatments and it hasnÂ´t got any better.
The best solution I can come up with is to stop training for a week or so. Altough I would be very thankful if someone insightful had a better solution.
