Need Advice on My Split

Can you guys help me out? Right now I am doing something like this:

Monday: Squats, leg press, other quad dominant assistance

Tues: OFF

Wed: Bench, other pressing movements

Thurs: OFF

Fri: RDL’s, lying hamstring curls, ham dominant assistance

Sat: Back and bi’s

I haven’t done any direct shoulder work yet because I"m trying to build some stability first. Thinking of doing deadlifts and back on Friday though, and adding in shoulders on Saturday.

Mainly though I need advice on what to add in on Deadlift days. Should I combine it with Back, or add more hamstring focused exercises?

What are your goals? Where are you now (stats, lifts, years training)?
