Need Advice on Beginning a Program

 I'm 30 years old and have tried and tried to gain muscle, but the best I can come up with is getting a little toned.  I have a small framed body.. small legs and arms, so I figured I'd never be able to get too buffed.  I'm 6ft tall and weigh about 165.  As age is creeping up, I'm beginning to get a little tummy on me too.  

I’ve done some research, and I’m thinking about starting on a chemical program of some kind to help me out. I need something to help burn the fat, keep my sex drive up and gain muscle. I’m really new to this, so I’ll need someone to be detailed at how I go about getting started… and how to take my “stuff” and in what combinations and all that jazz. Any help at all would be so awesome, and I’d be forever in your debt. Thanks so much! Dennis

I’ll try to answer you nicely to take the edge off all the crap you’re going to take.

First, do NOT make the excuse that you can’t “get big”, if that’s what you want. My background: HS and Collegiate Cross Country runner. I left HS at 6’2" 145 and left college at 6’4" 170. Currently at 34 I am 6’4" 265 with the goal of cutting down to a fairly cut 240 this winter. Other than a couple of cycles of pro-hormones and Alpha Male (only in the last couple years and after hitting 240)I have used no “chemicals”.

The point is, you really need to sell out to a lifting regime and more importantly…EAT!! When I first was trying to break 200 lbs, I was having to eat 7000 calories a day. If you’re a beginner, the lifting is easy…so concentrate on food. Lifting, use compound movements, squat, deadlift, presses, dips, pullups, etc.


  I know that you want a bit of a quick fix that is not going to be very detrimental to your health.  What I would recommend is taking a 6 week cycle of primobolan at about 200mg's per week for the first 4 weeks and 100mg's the last twop weeks.  Be sure to eat clean and lift heavey.  Do cardio twice a week, and I gaurantee you will see 7-10 lbs, and huge fat looses, making you look enormous.
