Need Advice for Nutrition to Reach my Goal

#1

Im In need of some advice. I’m 5’9" and 221lbs. I’ve just started the 5/3/1 program. It’s been well over a year and a half since the last time I’ve lifted weights. My current goal is to get into low double digit body fat while still gaining strength. I’m not sure what to do about the nutrition. I’ve lost roughly 20lbs while only eating chicken and broccoli three times a day, but I just read the pulse feast article and that sounds like it would fit my schedule better. I only are once a day for years. I’m just not exactly sure on the nutrition to reach my goals. Any advice would be helpful thank you.

Definitely to keep your workouts good and from being sore all the damn time you need to eat. You also want to eat more variety because each type of meat gives different types of amino acids, there an article on the site somewhere. Try fast once a week drinking only water and be consistent you got this!!!
