Need a Weigh In !


I'm currently on on Starting Strength after restarting my quest for strength. I want to move onto 5/3/1 but I feel that it is information overload since I have programming Adhd. I was thinking of Jim Wendler's Letter to his young self template or a full body approach, Which template should I use transitioning from squatting 3 days a week to two? or possibly one ?
