Alright, I've busted out some MAG-10 from the freezer. I need suggestions to a kick-ass workout (Waterbury, Thib??) I've been doing The Waterbury Method for far too long and I need to change it up.
Not sure what your goal is, but i am a big Waterbury fan, and i like to alternate between his full body training, (WM like you) and a good traditional bodybuilding split. I have just changed from WM to the HSS 100 program and its a nice change.
Yup I agree either go for something different, or go with what you know works for you.
