I’ve been running reverse pyramid style training for about the past year. I’ve made some decent gains, putting up about 420 for a single, 355 for 8 and 315 for 12+. I’ve been lifting for over a decade and am 25. I could really use a program recommendation to incorporate into my training. I’m still making progress on squats and deadlift with reverse pyramid but an plateaued on the bench. I train on a 4 day split, chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders/tris. Thanks in advance!
Id sort this out. No reason to dedicate a day to back/biceps and shoulders/triceps if you’re a powerlifter.
Bench/Squat/Bench/Deadlift will probably workout better for you.
