I’ve been working out for a while and I actually just finished Great Guns. The program worked awesome. I’m gonna get back into regular training splits in a week or two and I need a good chest workout. I was getting too used to my old one and it wasn’t working anymore, so I need some help from someone that has a great chest workout. If someone could post a workout, I’d appreciate it.

try “spank push ups.”
Slide push-ups. Do a search.
OVT-just the chest part. i think its great routine to throw in the mix
