When my last upper body workout I seemed to have done something to my neck. I was finishing with some dips at the time, and when I completed I noticed a sharp pain in the middle of my left trap. It feels like I have a kink in my neck from sleeping in an odd position, except its a lot more painful and doesn’t go away.
It hurts when I tilt my head to the left, look left, or tilt my head back. Anyone else experience something like this? Is it serious? It happened yesterday, and I was hoping it would go away sometime during the day, but today it is even worse.
