Neck Pain Not Improving

I was doing military press and injured my back and started seeing the chiropractor and things were going well until about three weeks into rehab I had an object of 30+ pounds fall on my head at work. Needless to say all that progress degressed. It’s been about two months now and I still go to the Chiropractor once a week.

He has told me to get back to lifting which I’ve been heavy lifting for two days now to peakl for a comp in Feb. The only pain or movement restriction I have is when I look directly up it’s pretty painful. Lots of relief after I see the chiropractor though.

Doesn’t hurt when I lift. A little the next morning though maybe from inflammation. It seems it’s not getting worse but it’s not getting better. Anyone able to give some insight?

Hey man, check out my low back pain thread, and do the lower body warm up in there, actually just do the whole thing, I bet it will really help.
