Has anyone tried on of those nylon head neck harnesses where you attach free weights to the end and rotate your neck to develop a thicker neck?
I love mine. I use it for extension only, I use a plate held on my forehead while lying face up on a bench for flexion.
I don’t really do much side to side at all.
