Hi,
I have postural problems and want to do the Neanderthal No More program.
There’s just one problem:
I only have dumbells and a barbell.
Which means I can’t do the cable machine exercises.
Are there any alternatives for them?

Bands. They are cheap in comparison to a cable machine, and lots of websites - like elitefts.com - has sets to purchase.
I just double-checked the routines. Free weights should be able to offer a decent alternative for most of the exercises, but like Quasi said, even a cheap set of bands from the local sporting goods store will help out with the rest.

Elite makes good products, but they’re WAY overpriced. Go through Texas Strength Systems. It’s basically all of the same shit, it just doesn’t have “Elite” emblazoned on it, so it’s 1/2 as much.
