here’s what I do:
The first week is already super exhausting and I have to struggle with the new high volume.
In the evening I am more exhausted than ever before, which is why I train every second day for the time being.
I would like to replace some of the exercises with adequate ones, because the execution causes me problems.
Front squat : Here I cannot manage to keep my back as straight as possible. It is leaning much too far forward.
Dead-Bug-Twist : I don’t understand how I should do this or which muscles are activated.
Decline Barbell Extension : As an alternative I would like to train with rope on the high cable pull. Is that ok?
High-to-Low Cable Woodchop : Alternative exercise?
Pull-throughs : Alternative exercise?
