Natural Testosterone Boosters

What do you guys recommend. Currently I’m taking protein and a pre workout only. I lift four days a week. I just want to maximize my potential and my training seems to have gotten stagnant. Thanks!

Cant recommend SHIT!!! Need more info.

by that he means to post up your complete routine, exercises, set/rep/rest period scheme. Also, current diet, body size, goal calorie intake.

Excuse my bluntness…but what he said.

Sorry. I’m using Eric Cressey’s, “Maximum Results” program for the second eight weeks. I’ve lifted seriously for a couple of years.
The program consists of two upper body workouts and two lower body workouts per week. I don’t have the book with me, our I’ve list the exercises, sets, and reps. I’m a 38 year old male. I am 5’10" and weigh 230. My diet isn’t great. I try to eat clean, but often do not. I’ve say my intake is about 2,200 calories a day. I appreciate your input. Thanks.
