I’ve read that grapes contain resveratrol. Does anyone know much they contain? What is the best natural source? I am also curious to any results people have had with supplementation. Thanks.
Grapes and Red Wine do have it but nowhere near the levels that they were feeding the rats in most clinical studies. Supplementation is the only way to go with this one unless you feel like drinking 50 glasses or so of Red Wine…perhaps more.
I’ve read that a glass of red wine has about 600-700 micrograms per serving of Resveratrol.
700 mcg = 0.7 milligrams
The Biotest Rez-V has about 600mg for three capsules.
It’s also found (in small amounts) in Peanuts, and Japanese Knotweed.
