I read this book the other day, and I am very interested. Have any of you read this book and tried the diet
I read it seven or eight months ago, found it very helpful. The diet is pretty good, similar to the anabolic diet and t-dawg diet. I hardened up a lot whilst on it, as I’d never done a low-carb diet before. You can modify the carb up cycle to better suit your needs, and I think it’s great for maintance or perphaps the 5 x 5 training. More long term really.
NHE is a great book and a great diet! I have been following it for a couple years and have leaned out and kept (actually added) muscle.
