Natural BB / Bruce Lee

Hi,

Because Bruce Lee was my childhood hero and model.

The big and main difference between him and the guys we are seeing today is this one:HE WAS NATURAL,STEROIDS FREE,SUPPLEMENTS FREE,with the permanent control each of his muscles.
To my eyes this the main objective of BB:you have to control your muscles .
Not to be bulky with no flexibility and explosiveness like most nowaday BBuilders are.
Not to mention the deadly consequences of the drugs they are taking.
I will post some pics of Bruce Lee

Of course if you are BB you don’t have to be as huge as some of the BB’s today. Just don’t act like everyone should shoot for the Bruce Lee physique at what, 135 pounds?

So you are saying that bodybuilders cant control thier muscles? If they could’t control thier muscles they would’t be able to walk, talk, eat, jack off anything.

And have you seen most BB’s stretch thier flexibility is amazing, when you can watch some guy weighing 240+ do the spilts and just bounce back up you have to be impressed.

And what the hell do you mean they have no explosiveness? They lift heavy things quickly thus that is explosive. When you watch someone deadlifting a max weight of thiers are you saying that its not an explosive movement? The only way to get that to move is to explode with your wholebody.

And bruce lee was great at what he did. Thats it. He isnt a super hero. He was a small man with very low body fat, he was not a body builder and should never be considered a body builder.

Ugh. Please not again.

Bruce Lee has twelve inch arms and never won a real fight.

Is it too early to call a TSB??

I mean no.

You idiots have killed the Bruce Lee that was a part of my childhood. Let him rest in peace.

Why don’t you start an Elvis thread or something.

Please…no more. Seriously…why?

Hi,

Because Elvis Presley was my childhood hero and model.

The big and main difference between him and the guys we are seeing today is this one:HE WAS UNNATURAL,STEROIDS FREE,BUT FULL OF EVERY OTHER DRUG KNOWN TO MAN,with the permanent control of none of his muscles (but scoring chicks in the Jungle Room like no one’s business).
To my eyes this the main objective of BB:you have to control your enormously fat gut.
Not to be scrawny with flexibility and explosiveness gas like most nowaday rock stars are.

Not to mention the metro consequences of the food they are not taking.

I will post some pics of Elvis.

Fueled by the IOC banned peanut butter and 'nana sandwich.

I will look for pictures of Mama Cass. Because she really knew what it took to bulk. She wasn’t afraid of losing he abs. I think she’d complement Bruce Lee and Elvis nicely as an iconic figure for this thread.

People like you make the rest of us Bruce Lee fans, and Bruce himself, look bad. He’s been my idol for most of my life, but I don’t go around touting to bodybuilders that he was some bodybuilding great.

For the most part, bodybuilders have one thing in mind - size and lots of it. While Bruce Lee was no doubt one of the greatest fighters who ever lived (something that most greats who knew him would attest to) and a great action star, he was no bodybuilder.

Sure, he experimented with some of their methods but that’s just because that was the knowledge available to him at that time. If he was in his prime today, he probably would be training more like an elite athlete.
