I have my maxes figured out, goals, and a good program from the ol’ T-Nation :smiley:

That’d be the training I’m using. Start on monday. Looking forward to it.

Sadly enough my maxes are:
Bench 1RM = 195
Squat 1RM = 225 :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
Deadlift 1RM = 315

I know, I know…
