it looks like your hitting the weights hard, as well as active in cycling, field hockey and wrestling …? if that’s the case, then you may just want to walk on your lifting days. I have been walking on the treadmill uphill with various speeds … seems to be working and I’m not draining myself

hey thanks. becasue my program. how it works is i do a 6 week program then change. every two weeks it gets harder and my weights change with sets and reps and my cardio goes from (week 1 and 2) 20 minutes to (weeks 3and 4) 30 minutes and then by the 5th and 6th week im supposed to be doing 4 minutes. and then with the next program i start back at 20 minutes. so im thinking even if i do 20 minutes hard and then the last ten or 20 biking or walking… like you said. its a great idea especially with the incline. THANKS

anyways, ivebeen wokring out. ill just post my workout for today becasue it is the first day of my 3rd week which is where my reps drop and my sets incrase. (mostly 3x10)

A1- 1-arm row 40db 3x10 no rest
A2- push up BW 3x12 60 second rest

B1- DB shoulder Press 27.5 3x10 no rest
B2- calf raise 35db (70) 3x12 (i seriously need to up that, i forgot to go to 20) 60 sec rest

c1- Db curl 22.5 3x10 (pretty hard) no rest
C2- overhead tricept extension 35 3x10 (up weight) 60 sec rest

D1- DB squat 45’s 3x10 no rest
D2- stiff-leg deadlift 40’s 3x10 60 sec rest (i uppped it today, was good)

just ran a couple minutes to cool down, i sweat pretty hard during the weights which is good.

ive been eating so bad this weeekend with haloween and everything. my will power is normally good but it just shattered this weekend. so i am hoping to get everything back on track this week . from tis moment i will be good

oh my god so it is time to start back up. i was in great shape and the past few months ive lost all effort and will power to stickl to my diet and workout…

so now i am going to get back on track cut the calories buy some more protein and work my ass off , becasue it felt so good when i got there last time and theres nothing stopping me this time
