Ok, are these real moves with names?
-Pull a dumb over from a decline posistion. Bend, to the maximum extent, the elbow back as well, as if you were doing a tricep extension. Perform both movements at once.
-The same movement except inverted in the inclined posistion lifting the dumbell?
I’ve never seen these before. Are these effective compound movements? It seems that they could be excellent moves for the (declinded) triceps, lats, pecs, and possibly for the rear delts – (inclined) foward & outer delts, biceps, possibly traps.
