Wednesday workout, you (CT) are training a bodybuilder
He is using a power cage to perform his chest workout from the pins (bench press from the pins). Whats the name and model of that power cage?
I only know that the newer cages we have were bought from Elitefts… in some of the older videos we might be using the older cage, which is an Atlantis cage.
