Nailing the Overhead Press

Hi everyone, I’m thinking of starting the 6 week overhead press specialisation programme called 'nailing the overhead press’by Paul Carter. I’ve thoroughly read the programme (link below) but there is no mention of how long the rest periods should be. I was thinking of resting 3 minutes for the main overhead press and incline press portions and resting 1 min for the pump work towards the end of each workout. Any ideas would be appreciated.
