I am a huge believer in the new MyoStat! i have read up on it , and researched it. I am dying to get on it and experience the gains. However,I just started semi pro football and i am practicing 3 days a week, with games on Saturdays. So i am only lifting 2 days a week, with muscle maintenance intensity. The question is would it be useless for me to hop on MyoStat right now, or should I wait until my season is over and i am lifting full time again. Please let me know what I should do?

It is my understanding that Myostat enables your body to produce more muscle cells, over time at least. So even if you’re not working out the muscles cells will still be produced they just won’t be strong.
