Myostat Results

I’ve been using myostat for 50 days I guess, since openned bottle #2 last weekend, and I’ve only used glutamine+bcaas during that time. Using a CP diet, I’ve lost maybe 2 pounds, strength is up and I’ve leaned up considerably (lovehandles to seeing a 6 pack, serratus, and obliques), so it looks like I’ve retained a good bit of LBM. Like some people have said on here, lagging bodyparts (chest and quads for me) filled out noticeably. I’ve gotten extremely vascular forearms, maybe that’s from something else though…
