I have been on Myostat for about six months now, and haven’t noticed any particular gains from it. As it stands right now, at current dosages and in the current formulation, I would have to rate it as a non-performer for me.
Myostatin inhibition/manipulation seems like one of the holy grails for bodybuilding science, and I would like to believe that there’s a way it could be tweaked to work. Perhaps if the doage were upped or some other change were made, results would be better. I plan to try a double dose starting at the beginning of the year, and will see what happens that way. But as it is, I’d have to say that Myostat is an “honorable miss” for Biotest.
