I know there are a ton of Myostat threads, and that’s the problem, so I have three specific questions for those who have used it for a couple of months. 1)What is your weight? 2)Are you using one serving (1000 mg or 1 capsule twice a day) or two servings (2000 mg or 2 capsules twice a day)? 3)Is anyone using it on a hypocaloric diet (less than maintenance) and if so, have you noticed any results?
