For all my critics and skeptics who flame me saying I do everything wrong and am clueless.
Here’s my clueless and inexistent progress. This is what wrong diet, training and AAS usage can do. Kept muscle, killed lots of fat, while also gaining strength. I’m now pushing 200lbs chest on a cut.
You lost some gut fat. Neat. Imagine what a good diet, training, and proper hormone use could do.
For the record, you literally asked in your first post “How do you think this will work if I follow it?” Then a bunch of guys pointed out how it’s not a good plan. Now you’re letting us know you’re happy with the results. It’s pretty clear you’re not looking for advice, you want affirmation. You’re not going to find that here.
Still waiting to hear about your four compound biceps exercises, by the way.
Regarding compounds, I made a mistake in my typing, I’m not a native English speaker. I meant 4 main exercises and 1 isolation ( machine ). This could be 2 exercises using a barbell and 2 using dumbbells, followed by a isolation one.
What do you mean proper hormone usage and proper diet? Can you relate more about it ? I’m perfectly open to suggestions.
As far as them telling me it’s not a good plan, It can be acceptable and I can understand it, as long as they point out why, that’s the purpose of the thread and question, to correct the mistakes. Not scream “noob” and “idiot” and bail out, saying nothing relevant. Not everyone’s a expert, but not everyone’s stupid either. I’m looking for a rational justification and arguments that go along with the negative comments, not just pure negativity. If some are unable to reason, I would prefer to keep it to themselves. The person above is a perfect example of a true asset.

Does that mean you’re going to apologize to Yogi since you attacked him for not understanding your “four triceps compound exercises” comment?
You’re really not. Several guys gave you good advice and you were combative and resistant to each point, starting from the very first reply.
Nobody did that. You were called an idiot once by one guy because of your attitude and your plan. And as you just pointed out, your own mistake caused the problem in the first place.
Okay. Get on a (preferably doctor-supervised) TRT dose, not an AAS cycle, do this training program and follow this diet. I look forward to hearing the excuses why that’s not a valid approach.
Based on the pics, I’d say if you don’t get some serious back work happening ASAP you’re heading for some shoulder problems.
Get off the benchflycurls routine before you have the head of your humerus sticking out of your upper back.
You’re basically saying I’ll have shoulder issues due to the disproportionate development of the shoulders relative to the back? Like some biomechanical trouble and risk of injury?
Yes, Exactly.
Gotta give you credit for that, my back is underdeveloped, didn’t train it enough. Will fix the problem.
Yeah, the big clue there is that your pect and tris development is good, but your delts look like less than an after thought. Couple that with your traps flaring up and Its just a guess- but I’d say your scapulae are already flaring upward/outward from your ribs.
Do what ever you have to do to get those scapulae stabilized.
Sure, will do my best. Interesting remarks.
Part of my own development. I did the same thing until I blew out my right shoulder, tore the pect, bicep, and anterior delt, and had to have my girlfriend scrape me off the floor and clean up the weights, and a Dr. friend put all of my broken shit back together.
So, Good luck.
Holy fuck man. Worse than a horror movie. To be honest I do feel my shoulders painful quite often, even now. Was there lots of blood and stuff on the floor in your case? Open wounds?
Yeah, I’ll bet. That third pic. the straight on view illustrates the problem really well.
At the end of your clavicle is a divot between it and your medial delt. That’s where an impingement is likely occurring. Then there’s the mis-mating of the joint surface which can cause problems that aren’t able to be fixed at the joint surface of the glenohumeral capsule.
And No, no blood on the floor or bones sticking out from the skin.(does there have to be?) Big ugly bloody bruising all around and about 8 weeks of serious pain, followed by 6 mos. of PT to stabilize and rebuild all the crap that got messes up.
quite the adventure, I’d better not live it myself. Honestly since I started Test P half a year ago I’m sore all over and all the time.
Its kind of embarrassing. You ever cry in front of a girlfriend? It sucks.
I got nothing on the drugs. Haven’t done them, and wouldn’t even know where to begin.
Well, at least you have the knowledge that mattesr the most, training and anatomy.
Eh, more or less.
Everybody has their own special points of interest and how they got them.
atm I’m researching DNP as a option for losing most if not all of my belly fat in 15 days at 300-400mg / day.
