My Velocity Diet

Well after doing my own research and talking to some members of this forum I have decided to start the Velocity diet. It is going to be an interesting 28 days. I am going to post how I feel and what progress I make over the course of the diet. My posts will be for my own motivation but feel free to chime in and make suggestions or whatever you like.
