My Training Program

Im just putting together a new training program and would like to make sure theres nothing major im missing out.

Day 1 - Chest and tris

Bench Press
Incline DB Bench Press
Incline Flyes
Dips
Cable Flyes
EZ bar french press
Cable Push Downs

Day 2 - Back and Biceps

Deadlifts
Bent over rows
Wide pullups
Dumbell Rows
Dumbell Shrugs
Biceps - either preacher/concentration/barbell/cable curls (i alternate each week)

Day 3 - Legs and Shoulders

Leg press/Front squat (alternate each week)
ATG Back squats
Hamstring Curls
Leg Extensions
DB Shoulder press
Upright rows
DB Reverse flyes
Cable Lateral raises

soooo, thats it, anything major im missing out?

Yes. Calf work. :wink:

…and more direct back work. Why are shrugs in you back day and not shoulders? I’d also move DL’s to leg day, and add more rowing movements to your back workout. DL’s, Squats and lunges should do it on Leg day, unless hypertrophy is your goal. Just my opinion…

Which it likely is seeing as this is the bodybuilding section.

The only thing worth changing really is a little more hamstring work in the form of stiff leg deads or a similar exercise and some calf work. Shrugs can be placed on whatever day your heart desires, I see them as a back muscle more than shoulders so how you have them is fine.

Yeh i see shrugs as a back exercise as your working your traps
