I finally decided to start writing my training log here. My main goals are:

Deadlift 180 kgs 3 reps
Squat 140 kgs 8 reps
Bench Press 100 kgs 8 reps
Military Press 75 kgs 8 reps

Note: I have set a deadline for these which’s 15/10/2017
