My Training Log

Hey all, I am new here and I have decided to keep a training log to help me keep focused and track of my workouts/lifting/weights.

I am currently 6ft , 20 years old and I weigh 81kg.

My compound lifts consist of

Bench = 130kg x 1
squat = 180kg x 1
deadlift = 200kg x 5

My current goals are to become more explosive and fitter as I do kickboxing and rarely do some BJJ but I basically want to hit like a train…and kick like a train…
