My Training Log v. 2021

This is a new log for a new phase of my life. I suffered from chronic pain issues stemming from my visceral hypersensitivity in my stomach for the last 2.5 years and wasn’t able to eat and lift consistently. I lost almost 30lbs at one point, gained it all back, and then lost another 15lbs. It looks like I turned the page on this though, so let’s see where I can take my lifting in 2021 and beyond.

01/31/21:

Bench: 126lb (5x8) [5min]

Tried to squat after this but pinched something in my left rotator cuff as I was getting under the bar.
