Seated IOHP: 110lb (7/7/7/7/6) [5min] - might have been 4 total sets actually, may have lost count; losing weight these days due to poor diet control, but remember that I still have to do my best to keep up the lifting

RDL: 190lb (3x8) [5min] - warmed up with 140, then 155 for 4-5 strict slow reps, that helped
Next: 195lb (3x8) [5min] - try 135, 155, 175 first
