My Supplement List

Here is a list of supplements that I have been taking. Is this overkill or am I on the right track. I just ordered some ZMA to add to the list. I did not put down foods I eat to long of a list PLEASE COMMENT

7:AM supplements ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

400MG SAME
1tsp MILK THISTLE
300MG ALPHA LIPOIC ACID

8AM After Breakfast

1000 MG Beta-Alanine
15 to 20min. later FISH OIL

11AM PRE LUNCH

500mg CALCIUM

12NOON

1000MG Beta-Alanine

2PM Lunch

25mg B-Complex
500mg Calcium

5PM Snack

1000mg Beta-Alanine

7pm Pre workout snack

5mg Creatine
300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
3TBSP Twin lab AMINO Fuel liquid

9pm After workout
Dinner
1 Tsp of Glutamine (Sometimes I�??ll take in the morning)

Milk thistle every 3-4 hours in between
