15 to 20min. later FISH OIL

25mg B-Complex
500mg Calcium
5PM Snack
1000mg Beta-Alanine
7pm Pre workout snack
5mg Creatine
300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
3TBSP Twin lab AMINO Fuel liquid
9pm After workout
Dinner
1 Tsp of Glutamine (Sometimes I�??ll take in the morning)
Milk thistle every 3-4 hours in between
